研究了液体环氧树脂精制工艺中加碱方式和用量,助催化剂种类及用量以及反应时间等对产品质量的影响,得到了最优精制工艺:第1次NaOH用量为粗树脂中有机氯物质的量,反应时间0.5 h;第2次NaOH用量为粗树脂中有机氯物质的量的2倍,滴加时间1 h,反应时间1 h,助催化剂异丙醇加入量5‰(基于粗树脂质量)。精制时加入助催化剂可增强NaOH与树脂可水解氯的反应程度,提高NaOH利用率,使其消耗量降低40%,废水总量降低40%,具有良好的应用价值。
The effects of adding alkali, dosage and amount of cocatalyst and reaction time on the quality of liquid epoxy resin were studied. The optimal process was obtained. The first NaOH dosage was the ratio of organic chlorine The reaction time was 0.5 h, the amount of the second NaOH was twice as much as the amount of organic chlorine in the crude resin, the dropping time was 1 h, the reaction time was 1 h, the amount of cocatalyst isopropanol added was 5 ‰ (based on the crude resin mass ). Refined when added cocatalyst can enhance the reaction of NaOH and resin hydrolyzable chlorine to improve the utilization of NaOH to reduce its consumption of 40%, the total amount of waste water reduced by 40%, has good application value.
