通过本文模拟研究,了解到GCr15锭杆锭底的磨损机理主要是磨粒与硬点的耕犁作用.磨损过程中原有磨削加工产生的较不规则、断续的、粗的表面纹路,逐渐被耕犁梳理成较均匀、通顺、细密的纹理.与此同时,初期磨损逐渐转入正常磨损.磨削烧伤使表面硬度下降,磨损加剧.锭尖与锭底应避免磨削烧伤,硬度控制在HRc60-63为好.本文还研究了磨损过程中,磨损量变化与残余应力变化的相关关系.
