目的:建立HPLC法测定抱龙丸中木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯的含量。方法:采用Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35);流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长225 nm。结果:木香烃内酯的线性范围为0.2~1μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.96%,RSD=0.56%;去氢木香内酯线性范围为0.2~1μg;r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.68%,RSD=0.68%。结论:该方法结果准确,重复性好,可作为抱龙丸质量控制的定量方法。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of costentolactone and dehydrocostuslactone in Baolong Pills. Methods: Agilent C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (65∶35). The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 225 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of costolactone was 0.2~1μg, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.96%, RSD was 0.56%, and the linear range of dehydrocostus lactone was 0.2~1μg; r=0.999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.68%, and the RSD was 0.68%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quantitative method for the quality control of Baolong pills.
