目的:本文为复方虎杖喷雾剂制定制备工艺和质控标准,并简单介绍本制剂疗效。方法:根据本制剂组方主要为黄柏、虎杖等中药,因此在质控标准中以对照品及标准药材为对照,建立黄柏、虎杖的薄层色谱检测方法的鉴别指标,又因本制剂为含醇溶剂,因此建立乙醇测定指标。结果:对不同批号3批的样品检测,证明所建立的质控标准切实可行。结论:复方虎杖喷雾剂制备工艺合理,质控方法简便可靠,疗效显著值得推广使用。 Objective: This article is to formulate preparation process and quality control standards for compound polygonis cuspidatum spray, and briefly introduce the efficacy of the preparation. METHODS: According to the formulation group, the prescriptions were mainly Chinese medicines such as Phellodendron chinense and Polygonum cuspidatum. Therefore, in the quality control standard, the reference substance and the standard medicinal material were used as controls to establish the identification index of thin-layer chromatographic detection method for Phellodendron chinense and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati. Alcohol solvent, so establish ethanol determination indicators. Results: Samples of 3 batches of different batches were tested to prove that the quality control standards established were feasible. Conclusion: The preparation process of Compound Polygonum cuspidatum spray is reasonable, the quality control method is simple and reliable, and the curative effect is worthy of promotion.
