针对路表弯沉不能反映沥青路面在荷载作用下内部各层变形,且不能有效区分和控制路面损害的问题,在长寿命路面结构中布设了可以监测路面内部结构层的多层位移计。文中介绍了云罗高速公路长寿命沥青路面多层位移计的选型、方案设计、布设工艺,并介绍了采用FWD荷载和实车荷载对长寿命试验路路面多层位移计进行加载及数据采集的情况。研究结果表明:多层位移计可实现对路面结构层内部弯沉的测试,测试结果可为修正我国沥青路面结构设计方法提供技术依据。
The deflection of road surface can not reflect the deformation of internal layers of asphalt pavement under load, and can not effectively distinguish and control the damage of pavement. Multilayer displacement meters which can monitor the internal structure of pavement are laid out in the long-life pavement structure. This paper introduces the selection, scheme design and layout technology of long-life asphalt pavement multi-layer displacement meters of Yunluo Expressway. The paper introduces the loading and data acquisition of long-life pavement multi-layer displacement meters with FWD load and real car load Case. The results show that the multi-layer displacement meter can test the deflection of pavement structure layer. The test results can provide technical basis for modifying the design method of asphalt pavement structure in our country.
