笔者所任教的学校武夷山一中是首批教育部规划课题“有效教学的行动策略研究”实验学校。我校采用“先学后导”的课堂教学模式进行教学。经过3年的教学试验,结果表明这种课堂教学模式,大大地提高了学生的学习参与度,把教师从低水平重复讲授课本的繁琐劳动中解放了出来,并显著提高课堂教学的有效性。
The author of the school in Wuyishan one is the first batch of Ministry of Education planning topics “effective teaching action research ” experimental school. Our school adopts the teaching mode of “first-class and later-lead” classroom teaching. After three years of teaching experiments, the results show that this classroom teaching model greatly improves the students’ learning participation, liberates teachers from the tedious work of repetitively teaching textbooks at a low level, and significantly improves the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
