利用光镜和电镜研究了17-4PH 钢固溶热处理后在不同温度时效的显微组织。结果表明,在620℃以下时效,基体保持回火马氏体组织,650℃时效,基体完全再结晶。富铜相于450℃以下时效,在位错、晶界、马氏体板条界等晶体缺陷处生核,480℃时效在基体弥散析出,650℃时效完全脱溶。富铜相由球状变为短条状,颗粒尺寸与试样硬度呈线性关系。富铜相(Cu)与基体(Fe)的晶体取向关系为:(?)_(Fe)∥(111)_(Cu),[111]_(Fe)∥[011]_(Cu)
The microstructure of 17-4PH steel aged at different temperatures after solution heat treatment was studied by light and electron microscope. The results show that under the aging of 620 ℃, the matrix remains tempered martensite, aging at 650 ℃, the matrix is completely recrystallized. The copper-rich phase is aged at 450 ℃ and nucleated at the crystal defects such as dislocations, grain boundaries and martensite lamellae boundaries, and precipitated at 480 ℃ for a long time and dispersed completely at 650 ℃. Copper-rich phase from the ball into a short strip, the particle size and the hardness of the sample was linear.
