急性暴发型阿米巴病,为阿米巴病的急性发作,其特征为中毒症状严重,病情险恶,如不及时适当处理,予后极为不良。我所1973至1975三年中,共治疗阿米巴病5290例,内即有暴发型77例,合1.4％强,因其发病急,病程短,不易检查,致发生事故者时有所闻,因此极应引起注意。暴发型阿米巴病,一般有关内科书籍,记载简略,而又只限胃肠一型,几十年来很少更易;一派相承,语类转钞,不能适应临床需要,为此特将近年来在临诊中的发现及体会,综述于后,以供参考。
