新时期党建工作面临着诸多新情况、新问题,给企业思想政治工作带来了巨大的困难和挑战。坚持党建工作与时俱进,研究探索、不断创新,对企业发展有着至关重要的作用和意义。应通过实施一整套党建工作运行机制,建立工作责任、程序运行、考核评价三个体系,不断提高党员干部达到执行力、学习力、沟通力、领导力、创新力、自制力的“六个力”管理体系,促进党建工作可持续发展。
