通知是使用比较广泛的一种公文,常用的有会议通知、工作性通知、一般性通知和任免通知几种。总的说,撰写通知的基本要求是:标题中要写明发文机关、事由,如《××厂关于×××的通知》。有的内容简单,标题中也可省略事由部分,如写成《通知》。正文的内容包括通知原由和通知事项两部分,在原由与事项之间通常用“特作如下通知”、“现将有关事项通知如下”等承接用语加以连接。正文写完后再落款,即签署发文机关名称和发文日期。
