目的 探讨大剂量强的松口服抢救外伤性视神经病变的疗效。方法 29例(29眼)外伤性视神经病变患者为治疗组,应用大剂量强的松口服,配合高渗脱水剂、神经营养剂及血管扩张剂等治疗 另31例(31眼)外伤性神经病变患者为对照组,仅用高渗脱水剂神经营养剂、血管扩张剂及B族维生素治疗。结果 治疗组中22例显效,占75.9％;4例有效,占13.8％;总有效率为89.6％。而对照组中,6例显效,占19.4％;6例有效,占19.4％;总有效率为38.7％ 两组具有非常显著差异 结论 大剂量强的松口服抢救外伤性视神经病变有显著疗效
Objective To investigate the efficacy of high-dose prednisone oral rescue of traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods Twenty-nine patients (29 eyes) with traumatic optic neuropathy were treated with high-dose prednisone, combined with hypertonic dehydration agent, neurotrophic agent and vasodilator to treat 31 patients (31 eyes) with traumatic neuropathy Patients as control group, only hypertonic dehydration agent neurotrophic agents, vasodilators and B vitamins treatment. Results The treatment group, 22 cases markedly effective, accounting for 75.9%; 4 cases were effective, accounting for 13.8%; the total effective rate was 89.6%.
