目的最大限度提高视力，减少手术次数。方法对23例23眼青光眼合并白内障患者行小梁切除、现代白内障囊外摘除、人工晶体植入三联术。结果术后视力及眼压均恢复满意，无严重并发症出现。结论三联手术对白内障及青光眼治疗效果确切，无不良反应，是治疗青光眼合非白内障患者的首选方法。
Objective To maximize visual acuity and reduce the number of operations. Methods Trabeculectomy, modern extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 23 patients with 23 eyes with glaucoma and cataract. Results Postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure were restored satisfactorily, no serious complications occurred. Conclusions The triple operation is effective in treating cataract and glaucoma with no adverse reactions and is the preferred method of treating glaucoma patients with non-cataract.
