通过对纳秒和飞秒高功率激光脉冲辐照下透明电光陶瓷掺镧锆钛酸铅(PLZT)的表面损伤形貌和物理形态的分析,调整辐照脉冲能量在线观测表面损伤几率,研究了不同能量等级的纳秒和飞秒高功率高斯光束辐照同一电光陶瓷表面的激光损伤,测得纳秒激光损伤阈值约为485MW/cm2。还分析了辐照损伤斑直径随辐照能量的变化,辐照损伤的损伤深度随损伤直径变化,以及材料中的缺陷引起的损伤形貌。对比分析了纳秒激光和飞秒激光辐照下PLZT电光陶瓷表面损伤形貌的不同,并给出了一些可能的理论解释。
By analyzing the morphology and physical morphology of lanthanum doped lead zirconate titanate (PLZT) irradiated by nanosecond and femtosecond high power laser pulses, the on-line observation of surface damage probability of irradiated pulsed energy was studied. Nanosecond and femtosecond high-power Gaussian beams of different energy levels irradiate laser damage on the same electro-optical ceramic surface, and the threshold of nanosecond laser damage is about 485MW / cm2. The changes of irradiation spot diameter with the irradiation energy were also analyzed. The damage depth of the irradiation damage changed with the diameter of the damage and the damage morphology caused by the defects in the material. The differences of the surface morphology of PLZT electro-optic ceramics irradiated by nanosecond laser and femtosecond laser are analyzed and compared, and some possible theoretical explanations are given.
