从南京郊区菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)上表现花叶、皱缩花叶、叶脉坏死症状的病株上得到的病毒分离物,它们的寄主范围较窄。能够通过桃蚜(Myzus per-sicae)、豆蚜(Aphis craccivora)进行非持久性传播。菜豆病株的花器、种子带毒并通过种子传毒。失活温度为50~65℃,稀释限点为10~(-2)~10~(-5),体外存活期为24~96小时。粒体为线状,平均长度为T83nm。根据上述特性鉴定为菜豆普通花叶病毒(BCMV)。选择保留的三个BCMV分离物(NBV-4、NBV-5、NBV-6)在部分菜豆品种上致病力有显著而稳定的差异。用NBV-6的抗血清做免疫双扩散试验,三个分离物均呈阳性反应,沉淀线交界处完全融合,它们被定名为BCMV的三个株系BCMVa,BCMVb,BCMVc。用指示植物和抗血清测定,沪宁沿线均有BCMV分布,BCMV占所测样本28.7%,BCMV样本中以BCMVa占多数。
The virus isolates obtained from diseased plants exhibiting mosaic, wrinkled mosaic, and vein necrosis on Phaseolus vulgaris in Nanjing suburbs have narrower host range. It is capable of non-persistent transmission through Myzus per- sicae and Aphis craccivora. Beans plant flowers, seeds poisoned and transmitted through the seeds. Inactivation temperature was 50-65 ℃, dilution limit was 10 ~ (-2) ~ 10 ~ (-5), in vitro survival was 24 ~ 96 hours. The granules are linear with an average length of T83nm. According to the above characteristics identified as bean mosaic virus (BCMV). Three BCMV isolates (NBV-4, NBV-5, NBV-6) that were selected to be retained showed a significant and stable difference in virulence of some kidney bean cultivars. The antiserum of NBV-6 was used to perform immunodouble diffusion assay. All three isolates showed positive reaction. The fusion lines at the junction of precipitation lines were completely fused. They were named as BCMVa, BCMVb and BCMVc. BCMV distributions were found along the Shanghai-Nanjing line with the indicated plants and antiserum, BCMV accounted for 28.7% of the tested samples and BCMVa accounted for the majority of the BCMV samples.
