本研究旨在探讨阿魏酸钠 (SF)对实验性晶体氧化损伤的抑制作用 .实验设对照组 ,Fenton模型组 ,吡诺克辛 (PS)组和 SF组并分别配制培养液 .将新西兰白兔双眼随机分组后无菌操作摘出眼球 ,立即在手术显微镜下取出晶体 ,称重后将晶体分别放入各组培养液中置二氧化碳培养箱温育 2 4 h.将温育后的晶体冰浴下制成匀浆 .取匀浆测定晶体可溶性蛋白 (SP) ,谷胱甘肽 (GSH) ,维生素 C(Vit C)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)的活性 .结果表明SF组的晶体 SP,SOD,GSH- Px,GSH,Vit C的含量及活性均显著高于 Fenton组和 PS组 ,而脂质过氧化终末产物 MDA水平显著低于 Fenton组和PS组 .结果提示 SF对实验性晶体氧化损伤有很强的抑制作用 ,并明显优于 PS滴眼液
The purpose of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effect of sodium ferulate (SF) on the oxidative damage of experimental crystal.Methods The control group, Fenton model group, pirenoxine (PS) The eyes of rabbits were aseptically removed and the eyes were taken out immediately under a surgical microscope. The results showed that the content and activity of SP, SOD, GSH-Px, GSH and Vit C in SF group were significantly higher than those in Fenton group and PS group The level of MDA in end-products of peroxidation was significantly lower than that in Fenton group and PS group.The results showed that SF had a strong inhibitory effect on experimental crystal oxidative damage and was significantly better than PS eye drops
