华夏文化传承创新试验区建设的重点任务包括文化传承和文化创新两个方面。文化传承的任务为:物质文化遗产的传承,包括古代文化遗址、古代建筑、传统人文景观等的保护;非物质文化遗产的传承,包括思想文化、汉字文化、宗教文化、艺术文化、民俗文化等的传承。文化创新的任务包括观念创新、形式创新、内容创新、机制创新,等等。其中,传承保护是建设的基础,创新是推动文化发展、满足时代需要的重要手段。
