目的比较不同清洗方案对内镜表面邻苯二甲醛(OPA)残留量的影响,为规范清洗消毒流程、减少患者相关不良反应提供理论依据。方法选取48条正在使用的内镜为研究对象,随机分为空白对照组、单股水流组、喷淋式清洗组和自动清洗消毒机组,每组根据清洗时间分为1、2、3、4 min共4个水平,处理后采集内镜外表面残留液进行检测。结果不同清洗方法与处理时间OPA残留量均存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05),其中自动清洗消毒机组OPA残留量最低,喷淋式清洗组次之,单股水流组的邻苯二甲醛残留量最高。清洗时间为1 min时邻苯二甲醛残留量最高,处理时间达2 min后对邻苯二甲醛的残留量清除效果无变化。结论清洗中使用自动清洗消毒机组或喷淋式清洗槽清洗2 min可以有效减少邻苯二甲醛在内镜表面残留。
Objective To compare the effect of different cleaning programs on the residual amount of OPA in the endoscope and provide a theoretical basis for regulating the disinfection process and reducing the adverse reactions in patients. Methods 48 endoscopes in use were selected as research objects and randomly divided into blank control group, single flow group, spray cleaning group and automatic cleaning and disinfecting unit. Each group was divided into 1, 2, 3, 4 min total of 4 levels, after treatment, collecting the residual liquid on the outer surface of the endoscope for testing. Results There were significant differences (P <0.05) between OPA residues and different cleaning methods and treatment time. The OPA residues of automatic cleaning and disinfecting unit were the lowest, followed by the spray cleaning group and the ortho-phthalaldehyde residue The highest volume. When the cleaning time is 1 min, the content of phthalaldehyde is the highest, and the removal effect of phthalaldehyde remains unchanged after the treatment time reaches 2 min. Conclusion The cleaning of the use of automatic cleaning and disinfecting units or spray cleaning tank cleaning 2min can effectively reduce the phthalaldehyde residue in the endoscopic surface.
