“加快构建开放型经济新体制”和“大众创业、万众创新”成为当下的热门话题。政府通过“一带一路”和自贸区等战略,构建全方位对外开放新格局;通过简政放权等举措,为干事创业搭建舞台。要想在日益开放的市场中抓住客户、打开市场、扩大业务,必须做好客户关系管理工作。在此,笔者结合十多年的海员外派工作经验,谈谈一些心得体会,希望能帮助创业者早日实现梦想。海员外派属于国际服务贸易(International Service Trade),
“Speed up the construction of a new system of an open economy” and “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” have become the hot topics of the moment. The government has adopted a strategy of “One Belt and One Road” and a free trade area to build a new pattern of opening up to the outside world in all dimensions. It has also set the stage for entrepreneurs to start their own businesses through measures such as simplifying power and decentralization. In order to seize customers in the increasingly open market, open the market and expand business, we must do a good job in customer relationship management. Here, the author combined more than a decade of seafarer expatriate work experience, to talk about some experience, hoping to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams as soon as possible.
