在多年的电力企业教育培训实践中总结了当前影响企业培训效果的主要因素:企业领导在员工培训上的观念、企业学习氛围、和企业培训管理者的配备等。有针对性的提出了创造和谐培训环境,提高企业培训效果的措施:创造学习型企业,提升企业文化、采取多种培训方式和加强闭环管理。
In many years of power enterprise education and training practice, the author summarizes the current main factors affecting the effectiveness of enterprise training: the concept of business leaders in the training of staff, business learning environment, and business training managers with the equipment. Targeted proposed measures to create a harmonious training environment and improve the effectiveness of corporate training: to create learning-oriented enterprises, enhance corporate culture, adopt a variety of training methods and strengthen closed-loop management.
