距离2008年广电制播分离改革启动已有两年。作为改革的副产品,未来国有广电行业(第一行动集团)将诞生一批上市公司。国有广电媒体改革实践已迈上了一个新的台阶。作为改革方案的参与者,从政策出发点及利益相关者角度重新还原和解读2008年启动的制播分离改革,可以更好地理解国有广电媒体的转企改制何以被命名为“制播分离”。这也将提升我们对于国有媒体后续改革举措的认知。
Distance from broadcasting and broadcasting in 2008 separation reform started two years. As a by-product of the reform, a batch of public listed companies will be born in the state-owned broadcasting and television industry (the first mobile group) in the future. The state-owned radio and television media reform has taken to a new level. As a participant in the reform program, we can restore and interpret the system of separation and reform of broadcasting and broadcasting launched in 2008 from the policy starting point and stakeholders’ perspective, so as to better understand why the restructuring of state-owned broadcasting and television media was renamed as “ ”. This will also enhance our understanding of the follow-up reform measures of state-owned media.
