我厂在C1325单轴六角自动车床上加工如图1所示的薄壁有色金属零件,用M11×0.5的普通板牙套丝时,经常产生螺纹外径拉小,螺纹中径不稳定或工件前端开裂、扭断等现象,造成大量零件报废。我们经过多次切削试验证明,普通板牙存在前角小,切削刃瓣太宽,校正齿多,而且在板牙退出工件时有可能再次参加切削拉毛工件,这些缺点对在自动车床上加工薄
