远场涡流检测适用于铁磁性型材和零件的检测,能发现裂纹、减薄、凹坑等表面和近表面缺陷,可以确定缺陷的位置和相对尺寸,但难于判定缺陷的种类。本文介绍两种缺陷分析方法,并分析对比试样上缺陷波形的特征,应用于碳钢换热管束的检测中。
Far-field eddy current testing is applicable to the detection of ferromagnetic profiles and parts. It can detect surface and near-surface defects such as cracks, thinning and dents, and can determine the position and relative size of defects. However, it is difficult to determine the types of defects. In this paper, two kinds of defect analysis methods are introduced, and the characteristics of the defect waveforms on the comparative samples are analyzed. The method is applied to the detection of the carbon steel heat transfer tube bundle.
