天然气中毒主要为神经系统受损,而非神经系统并发症专题报道较少。我院1973年至1990年收治急性天然气中毒97例,其中8例出现不同程度的非神系统的并发症。现总结报告如下。1 临床资料8例均为男性;年龄19～45岁,平均33.7岁;全部病例均有确切的天然气中毒史,其中属中度中毒2例,重度中毒6例。并发症:心肌炎2例,心包炎1例,肺炎2例,肺水肿2例,肾功不全2例,心律
Natural gas poisoning is mainly caused by the damage of the nervous system, while the non-neurological complications are rarely reported. In our hospital from 1973 to 1990, 97 cases of acute natural gas poisoning were admitted, including 8 cases of non-neurological complications of varying degrees. The report is summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 8 cases were male; aged 19 to 45 years old, an average of 33.7 years old; all cases have the exact history of natural gas poisoning, of which there are 2 cases of moderate poisoning, severe poisoning in 6 cases. Complications: 2 cases of myocarditis, 1 case of pericarditis, 2 cases of pneumonia, 2 cases of pulmonary edema, 2 cases of renal insufficiency, heart rate
