对比研究了普通浇注、低过热浇注和悬浮浇注三种不同工艺方法对轴承钢锭的温度场和成分分布的影响。结果表明,悬浮浇注能有效地改善轴承钢锭的温度分布,极大地改善钢锭横截面上的碳、硫、磷元素的中心偏析,提高了轴承钢锭的质量。
The influence of three different technological methods, ordinary pouring, low overheating pouring and suspension casting, on the temperature field and composition distribution of bearing steel ingot was studied. The results show that the suspension casting can effectively improve the temperature distribution of the bearing ingot, greatly improve the center segregation of carbon, sulfur and phosphorus elements in the cross section of the ingot, and improve the quality of the bearing ingot.
