目前,矿山建设公司在物资采购和管理方面存在的主要问题是:物资采购的科学性不足,采购和运输的成本较高;物资和资产的管理不当,物资消耗大、浪费多;人员素质较低,整体信息化水平不高。针对这些问题,矿山建设公司应加强采购管理,选择合适的采购模式,做好费用和质量管理,加强对采购的审计,以降低物资采购成本。同时,应加强资产管理,建立健全全员成本效益核算的考核机制,强化定额消耗的管理,加强施工建设现场的管理,减少浪费,做好成本核算,以降低物资消耗成本。
