角膜内皮细胞(CEC)对维持角膜透明和相对脱水状态有极为重要的作用,体外培养CEC对研究角膜内皮的结构和功能具有重要的意义。采用组织块培养法培养的CEC容易混入上皮细胞、成纤维细胞和基质细胞,引起细胞性污染;采用消化法、贴壁法培养的CEC形态易发生改变,多次传代后活性有待研究。因此,CEC的鉴定显得至关重要。目前的研究尚未发现CEC特异性的标记物,鉴定CEC成为目前的一个难点。本文就体外培养的CEC鉴定的研究进行如下综述,旨在提供角膜内皮研究的新进展。
Corneal endothelial cells (CECs) play an important role in maintaining the corneal transparency and relative dehydration. CEC culture in vitro is of great significance for studying the structure and function of the corneal endothelium. CEC cultured by tissue culture method is easy to mix into epithelial cells, fibroblasts and stromal cells, causing cell contamination. The morphology of CEC cultured by digestion and adherent method is easy to change, so the activity after multiple passages needs to be studied. Therefore, the identification of CEC is crucial. The current study has not found CEC-specific markers, identification of CEC has become a current difficulty. This review summarizes the findings of CEC identification in vitro and aims to provide new insights into the development of corneal endothelium.
