随着知识经济时代的到来,员工对企业的重要性日益凸显,企业员工对工作的投入程度对企业目标的实现也起着很重要的作用。本文主要分析了员工在不同的职业发展阶段其对工作的不同投入程度,员工的事业承诺对二者的关系起着调节作用。笔者在大量阅读前人研究的基础上,以前人的研究理论为基础,得出了新的结论:采用员工事业发展的4个阶段模型,提出在员工事业发展的4个不同阶段,其对工作的投入程度是不同的;高事业承诺的员工和低事业承诺的员工在相同的事业发展阶段其投入程度也是不同的。
With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, the importance of employees to the enterprises has become increasingly prominent. The input of employees into the work also plays an important role in the realization of the enterprise’s goals. This article mainly analyzes employees’ different input into work in different stages of career development, and employee commitment plays a regulatory role in the relationship between the two. On the basis of a large number of previous studies, based on previous research theories, the author draws a new conclusion: the four stages model of employee career development is proposed, and four different stages of employee career development are proposed, The level of commitment is different; the commitment of high career staff and commitment to low staff in the same stage of career development is also different levels of commitment.
