线粒体是真核细胞中制造能量的机构,其在维持细胞内钙稳态、信号转导以及细胞凋亡中发挥重要作用。当线粒体产生大量活性氧类而无法消除时,可引起线粒体功能障碍,导致细胞死亡和组织损害。线粒体活性氧类在动脉硬化、高血压、心肌缺血/再灌注、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,深入了解线粒体活性氧类与线粒体功能障碍的关系,对更好地理解心血管疾病的发生机制有重要意义。“,”Mitochondria is an important organelle of energy generation in eukaryocytes and plays a pivotal role in cell calcium homeostasis,signal transduction and apoptotic regulation. When a large number of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species cannot be eliminated,it can cause mitochondrial dysfunction,leading to cell death and tissue damage. Numerous studies show that mitochondrial reactive oxygen species play an important role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis,hypertension,myocardial ischemia and reperfusion,heart failure etc. Understanding the relationship between mitochondrial reactive oxygen species and mitochondrial dysfunction is of great significance for th better understanding of the mechanisms of cardiovascular disease.
