在当前的社会发展形势下,电力建设行业的竞争越来越激烈,电建企业要想在此形势下获得更长远的发展,就必须要不断改革,提升企业内部竞争力。而政工工作作为企业政治文化建设的重点工作,对于提高企业人员凝聚力,增强企业竞争力有着重要意义。为此,加强电建企业政工改革十分有必要。首先分析了电建企业政工工作的作用,继而提出了电建企业“四维互动”的政工工作模式,并对其相关内容进行了研究,希望能够为电建企业政工建设的发展提供帮助。
Under the current situation of social development, the competition in the electric power construction industry is becoming more and more fierce.
