目的:了解沈阳市售食品中食源性致病菌污染状况及分布。方法:在全国食源性疾病监测网控制体系下,2011年上半年采集沈阳市6个监测点内的十大类市售食品共计102份,对其进行沙门菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌5种食源性致病菌的监测分析。结果:102份食品样品中,分离出目的菌6株,其中肠炎沙门菌1株,金黄色葡萄球菌3株,单核细胞增生李斯特菌2株,总检出率5.88%。结论:通过对沈阳市售食品中食源性致病菌主动监测,掌握食源性致病菌的污染状况,及时发现食品安全隐患,有效预防食源性疾病的发生。
Objective: To understand the status and distribution of food-borne pathogens in Shenyang food. Methods: In the control system of the national foodborne disease monitoring network, a total of 102 top 10 foodstuffs were collected from 6 monitoring sites in Shenyang in the first half of 2011. Salmonella, E. coli O157: H7, Monitoring and Analysis of Five Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria of Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Results: Sixty isolates were isolated from 102 food samples, including one Salmonella enteritidis, three Staphylococcus aureus and two Listeria monocytogenes. The total detection rate was 5.88%. Conclusion: Through the active monitoring of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in commercially available foods in Shenyang, we can know the pollution status of food-borne pathogens and discover the hidden dangers of food in time, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
