2014年9月13~14日,由威海光威集团主办的第七届“光威钓王杯”全国钓鱼巡回赛总决赛在威海成功落幕。本届“光威钓王杯”总决赛有来自全国20多个省市的176名竞技垂钓高手参加,他们是各地预选赛出线的优秀选手。经过两年的选拔后,垂钓精英们齐聚海滨小城威海,在为期两天的比赛中高手们一较高下,来自各方的媒体也前来现场,一探钓王最终落入谁的手中。9月12日晚举行了第七届“光威钓王杯”总决赛开幕仪式并进行抽签。9月13日上午7时,在主赛场里口山光威山庄钓鱼池,集团创始人、现任股东会主席陈光威打响了第一场比赛的发令枪,紧张激烈的总决赛全面拉开了序幕。
