智能传感器已成为当今传感器技术的一个主要发展方向。智能传感器首先借助于其传感单元,感知待测量,并将之转换成相应的电信号。该信号通过放大、滤波等调理后,经过A/D转换,接着基于应用算法进行信号处理,获得待测量大小等相关信息。然后,将分析结果保存起来,通过接口将它们交给现场用户或借助于通信将之告知给系统或上位机等。由此可知,智能传感器主要完成信号感知与调理、信号处理和通信三大功能。本文将从这三方面阐述智能传感器技术的发展现状。
Smart sensors have become a major development in today’s sensor technology. Smart sensors first use their sensing unit to sense the measurand and convert it into a corresponding electrical signal. The signal through the amplification, filtering and other conditioning, after A / D conversion, then based on the application of algorithm signal processing, to be measured size and other relevant information. The analysis results are then saved and passed on to the field user via the interface or communicated to the system or host computer via communication. From this we can see that intelligent sensors mainly accomplish the three functions of signal perception and conditioning, signal processing and communication. This article will elaborate the development of intelligent sensor technology from these three aspects.
