目的 :探讨黑质内注射脂多糖对黑质纹状体系统单胺类递质的影响。方法 :将 2 0只SD大鼠随机分成A、B、C 3组和对照组D ,取各组大鼠纹状体和黑质组织 ,采用高压液相色谱 电化学法 (HPLC ECD)检测该部位的单胺类递质含量。结果 :A、B、C 3组纹状体、黑质部位多巴胺及其代谢产物含量明显并持续降低 ,较D组均有显著性差异 ,但纹状体、黑质部位 5 羟色胺含量仅有一过性变化。结论 :黑质内注射脂多糖能使纹状体、黑质多巴胺及其代谢产物含量显著下降
Objective: To investigate the effects of intranigral injection of lipopolysaccharide on monoamine transmitters in nigrostriatal system. Methods: Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into groups A, B and C and control group D. The striatum and substantia nigra of each group were taken and detected by HPLC-ECD Site of monoamine neurotransmitter content. Results: The contents of dopamine and its metabolites in striatum and substantia nigra of group A, B and C were significantly lower than those of group D, but the content of serotonin in striatum and substantia nigra was only one Sexual change. CONCLUSIONS: Intratina intramuscular injection of lipopolysaccharide significantly decreased striatal and substantia nigra dopamine and its metabolites
