目的:观察参苓盥洗液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎家兔鼻窦黏膜纤毛形态与功能的影响,为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床运用中医药治疗提供理论与动物实验研究支持。方法:将60只家兔随机分为A、B、C3组,每组20只,进行慢性鼻-鼻窦炎家兔模型造模。造模后A组左侧鼻窦、B组右侧鼻窦、C组右侧鼻窦予参苓盥洗液;A组右侧鼻窦予西药盥洗液,B组左侧鼻窦予3%高渗盐水进行鼻窦盥洗,C左侧鼻窦不注入。造模前、后,及干预后观察鼻窦纤毛传输速率,并分别留取鼻窦黏膜标本行电镜观察。结果:A组左侧纤毛传输速率(MTR)高于右侧(P<0.05);B、C组左侧MTR低于右侧(P<0.05)。A组左侧与B组右侧及C组右侧鼻窦纤毛传输速率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。扫描电镜观察显示,造模前、后,及干预后各组间进行比较,纤毛形态较不一致,以参苓盥洗液干预后纤毛恢复更接近正常纤毛形态。结论:参苓盥洗液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎兔鼻黏膜纤毛传输功能及纤毛形态的修复作用明显,优于3%高渗盐水及抗生素盥洗液。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenling lotion on the shape and function of mucociliary mucosa in rabbit with chronic rhinosinusitis and to provide theoretical and experimental support for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods: Sixty rabbits were randomly divided into A, B and C3 groups, with 20 rabbits in each group. Rabbits with chronic rhinosinusitis were modeled. After modeling, the left sinus of group A, the right sinus of group B and the right sinus of group C were treated with Shenlingshuang lotion. The right sinus of group A was given western medicine, the left sinus of group B was infiltrated with 3% hypertonic saline C left sinus is not injected. Sinus ciliary transit rate was observed before, after, and after intervention, and sinus mucosa samples were collected for electron microscopic observation. Results: The left cilia (MTR) in group A was higher than that in right group (P <0.05). The left MTR in group B and C was lower than that in right group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the ciliary transfer rate between the left side of group A and the right side of group B and the right side of group C (P> 0.05). Scanning electron microscopy showed that before and after modeling, compared with each group after intervention, the cilia morphology was inconsistent. After the intervention of Shenling lavatory, the cilia recovery was closer to the normal cilia morphology. Conclusion: Shenling lotion has a significant effect on repairing nasal mucociliary transport and cilia morphology in chronic rhinosinusitis patients, which is better than 3% hypertonic saline and antibiotic lavatory.
