“双途径化疗(Two route chemotherapyTRC)”,系给肿瘤局部引入大剂量抗癌药物,全身则给予解毒剂,以降低毒性提高疗效。本实验研究顺铂(DDP)合用硫代硫酸钠(STS)的TRC 对晚期转移性肝脏肿瘤的大鼠生存期及肝,肾毒性等的影响.用1毫升含1×10~6个活瘤细胞的溶液作肠系膜静脉接种后6天,大鼠肝脏可见直径为0.5~1.0mm的转移灶,此时对动物进行不同治疗。
“Two-route chemotherapy (TRC)” is the introduction of high-dose anti-cancer drugs into the tumor and antidote to the whole body to reduce the toxicity and improve the efficacy. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of cisplatin (DDP) combined with TRC of sodium thiosulfate (STS) on survival and liver and nephrotoxicity of rats with advanced metastatic liver tumors. Use 1 ml containing 1×10-6 viable tumors. After 6 days of intravenous inoculation of the cells with mesenteric veins, the rats’ livers showed metastases with a diameter of 0.5-1.0 mm, and the animals were treated differently.
