目的:探讨全身振动(WBV)介入静态伸展恢复模式对高强度离心运动后肌肉损伤指标的影响。方法:27名足球专选班学员自愿参与本次实验,并被随机均分为振动(频率50 Hz、振幅2 mm、时间9 min)介入静态伸展组(VT)、静态伸展组(SE)与控制组(CON);所有受试者在实验前、后接受关节活动度(ROM)、自觉肌肉酸痛指数(VAS)、肌酸激酶(CK)与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等指标测试。结果:1)SE组对于缓解离心运动后的延迟性肌肉酸痛是有效的,表现为离心运动后的CK与LDH显著低于CON组,而VAS与ROM显著优于CON组;2)与SE组相比,VT组在舒解离心运动后的肌肉损伤指标方面更有效,在ROM、VAS、CK及LDH四大指标的方面表现比SE组更优异。结论:高强度离心运动后进行WBV介入静态伸展可显著降低肌肉损伤指标的水平,且WBV介入静态伸展对缓和肌肉损伤的恢复效果显著优于静态伸展。
Objective: To investigate the effect of whole body vibration (WBV) interventional static extension recovery mode on muscle damage index after high-intensity eccentric exercise. Methods: Twenty-seven football candidates participated voluntarily in this experiment and were randomly divided into two groups: the static stretching group (VT), the static stretching group (SE) and the static stretching group Control group (CON). All subjects were tested for ROM, VAS, CK and LDH before and after the experiment. SE group was effective in relieving delayed muscle ache after eccentric exercise, showing that CK and LDH after eccentric exercise were significantly lower than CON group, while VAS and ROM were significantly better than CON group; 2) Compared with SE group Compared with the SE group, the VT group was more effective in relieving the muscle damage index after eccentric exercise and more excellent in the four indexes of ROM, VAS, CK and LDH. CONCLUSIONS: Static WBV intervention after high-intensity eccentric exercise can significantly reduce the level of muscle injury, and the effect of WBV intervention on static muscle relaxation is better than static extension.
