素有“小宪法”之称的中国刑事诉讼法修正案3月14日在第十一届全国人大五次会议审议表决通过。此前草案在人大会议上作了多条修改,受争议的第73条未在修改之列。据人民网报道,刑诉法修正案草案获通过,刑诉法修正草案以2639赞成,160票反对,57票弃权通过。会议表决通过关于修改刑事诉讼法的决定后,国家主席胡锦涛签署第55号主席令予以公布,自2013年1月1日起施 The amendment to the Chinese Criminal Procedure Law, known as the “small constitution”, was passed by the 5th Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress for consideration and approval on March 14.
