随着市场经济体制改革的逐步深入,计划经济体制下形成的思想政治工作对市场经济条件下的企业发展和管理,表现出诸多不适应。其中最主要的,就是缺乏企业个性色彩。而企业文化理论的引进,恰恰弥补了传统思想政治工作的不足,而且使职工思想政治工作的优势重新得到了发挥。企业的职工思想政治工作与企业文化建设是相辅相承密不可分的。笔者认为,企业文化建设为思想政治工作创新提供了路径和平台。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of the market economy system, the ideological and political work formed under the planned economy has shown a lot of incompatibility with the development and management of enterprises in the market economy. One of the most important is the lack of corporate personality color. The introduction of the theory of corporate culture, just make up for the lack of traditional ideological and political work, but also make the advantages of staff ideological and political work has been re-played. The ideological and political work of enterprises and the construction of enterprise culture are mutually reinforcing and inseparable. The author believes that the building of enterprise culture provides a path and platform for the innovation of ideological and political work.
