现今对红细胞内6—磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G—6—PD)缺乏而发生的药物性溶血性贫血称为伯氨喹啉型药物溶血性贫血。我院自1974年以来共收治此种急性溶血性贫血12例报导如下: 12例均为青年男性。地区分布:湖南1例,江西1例,福建3例,广东3例,广西4例。年龄最大30岁,最小17岁;住院天数最长79天,最短19天,平均住院28天。12例溶血发生前均有口服伯氨喹啉史。血常规:血红蛋白降至3.4～6g/dl者10例,6～8g/dl者2例,白细胞总数超过1.5万者10例。黄疸指数18
The current drug hemolytic anemia that occurs in the absence of G-6-PD in erythrocytes is called primaquine-type drug hemolytic anemia. In our hospital since 1974, 12 cases of acute hemolytic anemia were reported as follows: 12 cases were young men. Regional distribution: Hunan 1 case, Jiangxi 1 case, Fujian 3 cases, Guangdong 3 cases, Guangxi 4 cases. The oldest is 30 years old and the youngest is 17 years old. The longest hospital stay is 79 days, the shortest is 19 days, and the average hospitalization is 28 days. 12 cases of hemolysis occurred before oral administration of primaquine history. Blood: hemoglobin dropped to 3.4 ~ 6g / dl in 10 cases, 6 ~ 8g / dl in 2 cases, the total number of leukocytes more than 15,000 in 10 cases. Jaundice index 18
