目的:对山参、园参、西洋参及红参水提取物进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性比较研究,为人参药材的质量评价和临床应用提供依据。方法:采用考马斯亮蓝法测定4种参水提取物中蛋白含量,采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定4种参的SOD活力,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及NBT显色法进行4种参的酶活显示。结果:山参、园参、西洋参的SOD活力分别为109.642,16.048,7.612U.mg-1,红参SOD活力几乎为零。结论:4种参的SOD活力不同,其中山参的酶活力最高。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of water extracts of wild ginseng, garden ginseng, American ginseng and red ginseng, and provide evidence for the quality evaluation and clinical application of ginseng medicinal materials. Methods: The protein content of four kinds of water extracts was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method. The activities of four kinds of SOD were determined by modified pyrogallol autoxidation method. The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and NBT colorimetry Four kinds of enzyme activity showed. Results: The SOD activities of wild ginseng, garden ginseng and American ginseng were 109.642, 16.048 and 7.612 U.mg-1, respectively. The activity of SOD of red ginseng was almost zero. Conclusion: The activity of SOD of four kinds of ginseng is different, and the activity of ginseng is the highest.
