雷达信号环境模拟器系统软件，可以完成对雷达参量库、预选库、模拟状态库的数据库管理及主机与分机之间的数据通讯。模拟器操作者可以在主机上直接对系统进行调试；对所需的雷达直接操作；也可以按照预先设置的参数，由系统按照开关机时间自动发射、关闭雷达；并可以显示通讯过程中的故障及系统的状态，具有良好的人机对话能力。本软件利用动态数据交换ＤＤＥ完美地将Ｆｏｘｐｒｏ语言和ＢｏｒｌａｎｄＣ＋＋语言结合在一起，以控制模拟器产生一逼真的雷达信号环境。
