主要阐述了Trip型叶片在激光焊接加工过程中专用工装的设计过程及其使用效果。结果表明,该工装能缩短激光焊接单叶片的焊接时间,提高其焊接成功率,增强焊接的可实施性和可控性;大大优化了激光焊接Trip叶片的整个工艺过程。为其组件整体工装设计提供重要依据。
This paper mainly expounds the design process and the use effect of the special-purpose tooling for the Trip-type blade in laser welding process. The results show that the tooling can shorten the welding time of laser welding single blade, improve the success rate of welding and enhance the implementability and controllability of welding; greatly optimize the whole process of laser welding Trip blade. It provides an important basis for the overall tooling design of its components.
