根据德国小蠊和美洲大蠊取食特性测定出对不同物质的取食量,筛选出被取食量最大的一种物质,为研制德国小蠊和美洲大蠊的诱饵提供更有效的指导。取食行为试验结果表明:德国小蠊对不同物质取食量中糖类麦芽糖、红糖和蔗糖显高于果糖、葡萄糖、乳糖;对不同食用粉取食量中奶粉取食量明显高于芝麻粉、炒黄豆粉、鸡精、玉米淀粉、荞麦粉、炒玉米粉、炒小麦粉;对不同蛋白取食量测定,酵母提取粉略大于干酪素和酵母浸膏,其他细菌学蛋白胨、大豆蛋白胨、胰蛋白胨、酸水解酪蛋白被取食量几乎为零。美洲大蠊对不同物质取食量中糖类,蔗糖取食效果显高于其他糖类;对不同食用粉中奶粉明显高于其他食用粉,蛋白类中美洲大蠊只对干酪素取食,其他蛋白类基本被零取食。由上述各试验组得出德国小蠊最佳取食的综合试验显示奶粉被取食量效果最好,其次是麦芽糖,蔗糖和红糖,芝麻粉。美洲大蠊各组最佳取食的综合试验显示蔗糖被取食效果明显,其次是奶粉,干酪素,麦芽糖,葡萄糖。该试验很好的反映出被测物质被取食量大小,为饵剂产品开发提供参考。

From the above experimental groups obtained the best German cockroach feeding comprehensive test showed that milk powder intake is the best, followed by maltose, sucrose and brown sugar, sesame powder. The comprehensive experiment on the best feeding of the cockroach in each group showed that sucrose was obviously fed, followed by milk powder, casein, maltose and glucose. The test is a good reflection of the amount of food being taken, providing a reference for the development of bait products.
