双轴旋转靶标式光电测试系统设计

根据光电跟踪测量设备在制造和修理过程中的内场测试需求,从双轴转台设计、直流力矩电动机选型、控制系统设计、靶标设计和应用软件设计等五个方面研究了双轴旋转靶标式光电测试系统设计问题。提出了基于该系统的光电跟踪测量设备的电视和红外两个通道的方位和俯仰跟踪精度、跟踪速度、跟踪加速度等功能和性能的内场测试方法。该系统具有可靠性高、测试环境可控、重复性好、效费比高等特点。 According to the field testing requirements of photoelectric tracking and measuring equipment in the process of manufacturing and repairing, this paper studied the biaxial rotation targets from the aspects of biaxial turntable design, DC torque motor selection, control system design, target design and application software design. Photoelectric test system design issues. Based on this system, the method of testing the infield and field functions of the television and the infrared channel with respect to the azimuth and pitch tracking accuracy, tracking speed and tracking acceleration of the photoelectric tracking and measuring equipment is proposed. The system has the advantages of high reliability, controllable test environment, good repeatability and high cost-effective ratio.
