郭之全先后在清末中央和地方任职,与袁世凯有一定来往,并加入他的幕府。从《信阳郭氏族谱》和《重修信阳县志》挖掘史料,辅以其它资料,疏证郭之全与袁世凯的交往,钩稽几近湮没的史实,揭示他们交往在近代的影响。 Guo Quanquan served in the central and local governments in the late Qing Dynasty with certain links with Yuan Shikai and joined his shogunate. From “Genealogy of Xinyang Guo Clan” and “Reconstruction of Xinyang County” to dig historical materials, supplemented by other information, evidence of Guo Quan and Yuan Shikai’s contacts, almost annihilation of historical facts, to reveal their interaction in the modern influence.
