采用信号流程图法研究分析了微环谐振波分复用器的传输特性,并给出了N信道单环和三环微环谐振波分复用器的光强传递函数通用公式。通过参量优化,对N信道单环谐振波分复用器和三环谐振波分复用器进行了数值模拟和比较分析。结果表明:耦合系数对系统输出、谱线带宽以及串扰均有影响,三环谐振波分复用器比单环谐振波分复用器的分波效果及形状更好,耦合系数取值对三环谐振波分复用器更加敏感。
The transmission characteristics of the microring resonators are analyzed and studied by using the signal flow diagram method, and the general formulas of the light intensity transfer functions of the N-channel monocyclic and tricyclic microring resonators are given. Through the optimization of parameters, the N-channel single-ring resonant-ring multiplexer and the tricyclic resonant-wavelength multiplexer were numerically simulated and compared. The results show that the coupling coefficient has an impact on the output of the system, the bandwidth of the spectral line and crosstalk. The effect and shape of the three-ring resonant wavelength division multiplexer is better than that of the single-ring resonant wavelength division multiplexer. Ring Resonator WDM is more sensitive.
