工程施工内部承包是当前建筑企业普遍采用的一种内部管理模式。尽管这种模式一直以来都被冠以“挂靠”之名颇受争议,但离开了工程施工内部承包模式,绝大多数的建筑企业都将寸步难行,这就是客观现实。为了进一步完善工程施工内部承包制度,本文着重从工程施工内部承包制度的构成要件、实践中存在的问题、完善内部承包制度的措施、内部承包制度的创新等方面展开论述。笔者希望能够借此抛砖引玉,为完善工程施工内部承包管理模式添砖加瓦,不足之处恳请大家批评斧正。
Internal contracting of construction is a kind of internal management mode widely used by current construction enterprises. Although this model has always been crowned “anchoring ” in the name of controversial, but left the construction contracting model, the vast majority of construction companies will be struggling, which is an objective reality. In order to further improve the construction of the internal contract system, this article focuses on the construction of the internal contract system elements, the problems in practice, improve the internal contract system measures, internal contract system innovation and so on. I hope to be able to start a project with a view to improving the internal contracting management of construction projects. We are delighted to urge Members to criticize them.
