文章结合工程实例,提出在山岭地区高速公路隧道施工中,在Ⅱ~Ⅲ类围岩及紧急停车带地段初期支护中采用湿喷钢纤维混凝土,取代了传统的素喷混凝土加钢筋网支护形式,克服了网喷砼施工时钢筋网背后容易出现空洞的现象,增强了混凝土的韧性和防裂能力,能更好地适应围岩变形,发挥其自承能力;同时湿喷混凝土施工工艺降低了回弹量,简化了工序,改善了洞内的作业环境,有利于加快施工进度。
Based on the engineering examples, this paper proposes that wet-blasting steel fiber reinforced concrete should be used in the construction of expressway tunnels in mountainous areas in the initial support of Grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ surrounding rock and emergency parking zone, which replaces the traditional sprayed concrete plus steel mesh support Form, to overcome the network of concrete construction when the network prone to hollow hole phenomenon, enhance the toughness and crack resistance of concrete, can better adapt to the deformation of surrounding rock, to play its self-bearing capacity; while wet concrete construction technology to reduce The amount of springback, simplifying the process, improve the working environment within the hole, is conducive to speeding up the construction schedule.
