将均重20g鲫鱼种1200尾随机分成4个处理(每处理3个重复)。分别饲喂含杆菌肽锌∶硫酸抗敌素(25mg/kg∶5mg/kg)、鱼虾4号(150mg/kg)、甜菜碱A(1000mg/kg)和甜菜碱B(1000mg/kg)饲料添加剂的4种日粮,试验期平均水温24℃,经60d试验,结果表明:前期4个组增重、饵料系数均无显著差异(P>0.05),但成活率1组显著高于2组(P<0.05)。后期饵料系数、千克鱼饲料成本1组显著高于3组(P<0.05),总增重1组显著低于3组(P<0.05)。全期饵料系数、肥满度1组显著高于3组(P<0.05),斤鱼饲料成本1组显著高于2和3组(P<0.05)。本试验结果认为:在鲫鱼种饲料中鱼虾4号(150mg/kg)、甜菜碱A(1000mg/kg)和B(1000mg/kg)是适宜的,增重效果好于杆菌肽锌∶硫酸抗敌素(25mg/kg∶5mg/kg),且饵料系数和千克鱼饲料成本较低,4个组运输均安全。
The average of 20g crucian carp 1200 were randomly divided into 4 treatments (3 treatments for each repeat). The animals were fed with dietary zinc containing bacitracin: antivirus (25mg / kg: 5mg / kg), fish and shrimp No. 4 (150mg / kg), betaine A (1000mg / kg) and betaine B (1000mg / kg) The results showed that there was no significant difference in weight gain and feed conversion between the 4 groups (P> 0.05), but the survival rate in 1 group was significantly higher than that in 2 groups (P <0.05). The feed efficiency and fatness of the whole period were significantly higher in the 1 group than in the 3 groups (P <0.05). The feed cost of the 1 group was significantly higher than that of the 2 and 3 groups (P <0.05). The result of this experiment is that it is suitable for fish carp feed 150mg / kg, betaine A (1000mg / kg) and B (1000mg / kg), and the weight gain effect is better than that of bacitracin zinc: Enemy (25mg / kg: 5mg / kg), and the cost of bait and kilogram of fish feed were lower. All four groups were transported safely.
