针对目前国内轴类自动校直机的生产效率低,精度不高的情况,开发研制了一种新型的轴类工件直线度检测系统。测量机构的支撑部分采用支撑座自动下沉式机械结构,整个回转测量系统固定在导轨滑台上,校直过程中通过滑台的移动来改变校直点位置,定位准确、快速。同时取消传统校直机支座部动作气缸,减少控制环节,降低了机械结构成本,提高了工作效率。
In view of the current domestic production of automatic straight straightening machine low efficiency, accuracy is not high, the development of a new type of shaft workpiece straightness detection system. The supporting part of the measuring mechanism adopts the automatic sinking mechanical structure of the supporting base, and the whole slewing measuring system is fixed on the guide rail sliding table. During the alignment, the position of the straightening point is changed by the movement of the sliding table, and the positioning is accurate and fast. At the same time cancel the traditional straightening machine seat motion cylinder, reducing control links, reducing the cost of mechanical structure and improve work efficiency.
